What type of visa should my fiance apply for?

If you are a United States citizen, you can bring your fiance(e)  to the United States in order to marry them.  With a K-1 visa, a fiance or fiancee may enter the United States to marry a U.S. citizen.  Your fiance must be entering the U.S. strictly for the purpose of getting married, must be legally eligible to get married in the U.S and in her country, and must have the intent to get married within 90 days of entering the United States.
